Homicide cops in the Dixon Hill pulp fiction stories. Bell and McNary worked together. The McNary holographic manifestation learned of his non-corporeal status after a malfunction in 2364. The holographic Bell was a surly police officer who interrogated Dixon Hill after the murder of Jessica Bradley.
