Character in a holodeck simulation of a New Orleans Jazz Club. Minuet was designed by the Bynars to keep Commander Riker and Captain Picard occupied while they took over the Enterprise in an attempt to save their homeworld. As a result, Riker quickly developed feelings for Minuet and was dismayed to find out she was a result of the Bynars programming.

Starfleet Commander assigned to Starbase 74 in 2364. Quinteros was in charge of the team which assembled the Enterprise at the Utopia Planitia Yards on Mars. Quinteros also oversaw an upgrade to the Enterprise in 2364.
