T'Jon was Captain of the Ornaran freighter Sanction in 2364 when it was rescued by the Enterprise. Like all Ornarans, T'Jon and Romas were addicted to the drug like Felecium manufactured by the Brekkians.

Sobi and Langor came aboard the Enterprise in 2364 when Ornarans T'Jon and Romas laid claim to a shipment of the narcotic-like Felecium. Dr. Crusher later discovered Sobi and Langor like all Brekkians were controlling the Ornarans using the Felecium.
