Starfleet Admiral who was infected by the alien parasite in its attempted take over of Starfleet Command in 2364. Quinn had previously suspected of a takeover attempt, but after being co-opted, tried to convince Picard that all was well. Thankfully, Dr Crusher was able to save Quinn and remove the parasite.

Remmick, after having previously inspected the Enterprise for signs of an alien invasion, was taken over by the alien parasites and became the host "mother" of the creatures. Picard and Riker were forced to kill Remmick in 2364 in order to neutralize the threat.

Captain of the USS Horatio. Keel suspected that an invasion of Starfleet Command was afoot in 2364, and along with Captains Scott and Rixx, rendezvoused at Dytallix B with the Enterprise to arrange a plan of action. Unfortunately it seems some Horatio crewmembers were infected and the ship was destroyed with all hands lost.
