K'Ehleyr had a previous romantic relationship with Worf, but both felt it would no longer work.

Klingon captain of the I.K.S. T'Ong when it was launched 75 years ago. The T'Ong and all of its crew had been in suspended animation for all 75 years and thought the Empire was still at war with the Federation. However, thanks to Lt. Worf and Special Emissary K'Ehleyr, K'Temoc was convinced that hostilities had ended.

Starfleet Admiral, who in 2365, transmitted priority instructions to Captain Picard on the Enterprise to rendez-vous with Special Emissary K'Ehleyr for a a top secret mission.
