Widow of scientist Dr. Nel Apgar. Manua accused Riker of murder when her husband died in a suspicious explosion, but Riker was ultimately absolved when evidence showed it was Dr. Apgar who attempted to kill Riker and caused the explosion.

Chief investigator from Tanuga IV. Krag initially believed Riker murdered Dr. Nel Apgar but was swayed by evidence presented aboard the Enterprise in a holodeck recreation and later exonerated Riker.
