Robin Lefler was a child of two Starfleet plasma specialists. She travelled a lot as a child and says her first friend was a tricorder. Wesley's was a warp coil.
   
Lefler has friends at the Academy. Every time she learns something, she creates a law so she doesn't forget the lessons she has learnt. She has reached 102 laws and creates a 103rd for Wesley.
