Captain of the Klingon Cruiser Pagh in 2365. Kargan allowed Riker to serve as an exchange-first officer, but soon developed hostility when he discovered an organism on the Pagh's hull he attributed to the Enterprise. Luckily, Riker relieved him of command and prevented a battle.

First Officer of the Klingon Cruiser Pagh in 2365. Klag relinquished his position to Riker when he took part in an officer exchange program. Klag developed a respect for Riker, and was instrumental in convincing his captain not to open fire on the Enterprise after the discovery of a microbiotic colony on the Pagh's hull.
