So-called dignitaries for the Antedian people during 2365. The Enterprise was scheduled to transport them to a conference on Pacifica to facilitate them joining the Federation, but Lwaxana Troi exposed the Antedians as assassins.

Bender, "Scarface", Madeline and Rex were all part of the Dixon Hill "Parrot's Claw" holoprogram used by Captain Picard in 2365. Bender and "Scarface" were so-called clients of Dix but were intent on "blowing him away". Madeline as ever is Dix's personal assistant and secretary, and Rex is the proprietor of Rex's Bar, an establishment where Dix and Madeline visited for the first time together.
