Zakdorn Stratageist and Third-Level Master at the game of Stratagema. Kolrami came aboard the Enterprise in 2365 to assist in Starfleet war game exercises. Kolrami's stratagema record was challenged when Data forced the Master into a stalemate much to the bemusement of Enterprise crewmembers.

Bractor was the Commander of the Ferengi Marauder Kreechta in 2365. He came across the U.S.S. Enterprise-D and the U.S.S. Hathaway engaged in war games, and tried to take advantage of the ship's lack of weaponry. Luckily, thanks to Cmdr Riker's efforts, Bractor was unsuccessful.
