Head of the Barzan government in 2366. Bhavani asked to use the U.S.S. Enterprise-D as a place to hold negotiations for rights to the Barzan wormhole discovered by her people.

Negotiator for the Federation in 2366 during the Barzan Wormhole conference. Mendoza almost died of pyrocyte poisoning, thanks to DaiMon Goss who tried to rig the negotiations. Luckily, Riker took Mendoza's spot at the table.

Leader of the Ferengi negotiation team trying to secure rights to the Barzan wormhole. Although he used several unethical ploys, they were all ultimately unsuccessful.

Member of a Ferengi delegation sent to negotiate for the rights to the Barzan wormhole in 2366. Arridor was responsible for the distillation of pyrocyte which Goss used to poison the Federation ambassador. Arridor was one of the crew of the Ferengi shuttle sent to investigate the Barzan wormhole and was ultimately stranded in the Delta Quadrant.

Leyor represented the Caldonian bid for the rights to the Barzan wormhole. He pulled out after some persuasion that Caldonians might not be willing to take on the mundane administration of the phenomenon.
