22 years ago, a treaty was being drawn up between the Klingon Empire and the Federation, partly due to the courageous efforts of the Federation in defending the Klingon Outpost at Narendra III from Romulan attack. History recalls the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-C commanded by Captain Rachel Garrett was pivotal in saving the Klingons.
	When the Enterprise-C disappeared into a temporal rift, the events never happened, and the charter wasn't drawn up. As a result, the Federation and Klingons were drawn into a bloody war.
	Tasha joined the Enterprise fresh from graduation from the Academy.
