Starfleet officer. Former crew member of the U.S.S. Victory who beamed down to planet Tarchannen III in 2362. In 2367, Hickman was compelled to steal a Federation shuttle and return to Tarchannen. It was later discovered that Hickman's body had been infiltrated by an alien DNA strand in 2362.

Officer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise-D assigned to transporter duty in 2367. Hendrick was on duty when the transformed Commander La Forge beamed down to the surface of Tarchannen III. La Forge overpowered Hendrick, and he was unable to stop the transport.
