The Enterprise receives a visit
from Admiral Nechayev, who delivers Picard the message
that Starfleet intends to use Ensign Ro to infiltrate
the Maquis. She accepts the mission, posing as an
ex-Starfleet defector and gaining the acceptance of the
Maquis.
