Under Paragraph 563 Subparagraph 9, the Federation are entitled to face to face consultation with the Sheliak. Under Section 501 paragraph 716, subparagraph 5, unwanted lifeforms inhabiting H class worlds may be removed at the discretion of the Sheliak corporate.
